Does Richard @ Pedal Precision ever return any emails. I have been awaiting a reply for months ?
The guy may be good when it comes to bike fits but his communication skills are shocking!

I'm shocked by that. He's always on the ball when I contact him. Possible your email didn't arrive to him?

Definitely worth a visit to. Big recommendation for Richard.

It's a common problem. Fit was good but comms terrible. Once I finally arranged and had the fit he said he'd send me out my measurements and some exercises. I finally got them after a month and 3 emails :/
I ended up going to Adrian Timmis after a few months anyhoo...

I agree. Good fitting but terrible at answering the phone and returning emails. V frustrating.
  • Hi Guys,

I can only apologise. It's my achilles heal. I am working on it and hope to be able to employ an apprentice to help with things when I have time to find the right person.

No excuses, but my problem is that with it just being me, I am in with riders throughout the day, during which time I receive a lot of emails and answerphone messages. I set about responding to as many as I can in between at which point I often hit answerphones in return, then I have to 'disappear' into a session with another client. All in all I get snowed under and clearly don't keep ontop of things as well as I'd like or people deserve. I'm sorry about that.

Jose, I'm really not sure what happened to your email, i've just searched using your name and can't find anything. If you re-send I will keep an eye out for it.

So sorry again for anyone I've missed, as you say I'm much better at helping people ride their bikes injury free which is why I do what I do, the rest I will do my best to improve on.

    All the best,

    Richard

Richard - may be worth you confirming your email address to all, maybe put it in your signature too.

Thanks for the belated reply Richard. To assist - my first email was on Friday April 25th at 10.02. I then sent a follow up on May 22nd at 20.13.

IF time is tight are you able to send out an auto replying thanking people for their emails and letting them know you will respond as soon as you can. It could also have a list of FAQs which may answer quite a few people's initial emails? It would also confirm they have the correct email address as well.

  • Hi Jose,

I'm sorry but I can't find anything in either my info@ or richard@ pedalprecision inboxes. Needless to say I will be investigating to see if there's something wrong with the system but I have recieved many emails to both account recently so not sure what happened to your messages, have checked spam etc. If you still need any help fire one direct to richard@pedalprecision.com or give me a call on 07974392644.

All good suggestions above, you will be glad to know I was shamed/frustrated enough to spend late into one evening last week whilst on holiday to catch-up with all my various backlogs! I will sort out the signature and look at the autoresponder feature now.

Thanks for everyones patience, I am trying to help as many people as I possibly can to the best of my abilities. I appreciate those abilities sometimes fall short. As a testament to this, this is the first time since my initial comment I have managed to remember at an appropriate time when I had a moment to log back onto this forum to see the updated comments!

    Thanks,

    Richard
