Hi all

I am looking at the Ribble R872 as a possible purchase-does anyone know what the lead time is from order to delivery? I can't seem to find an indication on their website and this sort of information will assist me greatly.

Thanks and have a nice Bank Holiday.

I was going to buy one until I visited Dolans place. No contest as as soon as I saw the Dolan Ares I had to have it.
Fluo green, white and Black.Pick up next week
After all,so many people riding boring stealth or black bikes (me included) I thought go for it!

    Hi

Thanks for the information. Interesting observation about Dolan's bikes-I was looking quite closely at the Tuono. It's not feasible for me to see Dolan's, Ribble or Planet X in person as they're a bit of a hike for me but all three seem to offer attractive propositions.

I've seen the Dolan Tuono and all Ribbles bikes up close, the R872 is a very nice bike and would be my choice, dont think you would go wrong with any though tbh.

My Ribble R872 took about three weeks from ordering to be ready last October.

    Hi

Thanks once again for the advice and information. Quite a tough choice! If I were to go with the Ribble Stealth, does the bike arrive in a well 'padded' box? Also, is it just a simple case of attaching the bars, pedals, alter the saddle. etc and off you go?

Currently looking also at the Rose CRS 3000 which looks stonkingly good value!

    I guess it's a 'First World' problem.........!

    Thanks

When I ordered mine a couple of years ago they said it would be 6 weeks (I ordered height of summer in July), they were very good about keeping me updated, and it arrived in under 5 weeks. in a box, just plop on handlebars, pedals etc and off you go to get it fitted.
