I have a set of tubular tyres mavic yksion and wondered what innertube they use,are they latex?
I have read that they might not even have a tube and are all in one.
I have noticed they deflate quickly like latex.

    Yeah, I use these and noticed also that they deflate very quickly! Can only assume latex internals.

    They do have a tube and, yes, they lose pressure quickly.
