Fixed frame Leader or other ?

From a quick look at track frames, i am looking for one with a rear drilled brake hole for the odd times i go out for triathlons or when two brakes are compulsory (unfortunately). So far i have come accross the Leader 725 and Leader 735 and was wondering if anyone knows if there is any great differences between these two and if the 735 is worth the price jump? Or if anyone knows of any frames with a rear drilled hole that they would recommend. Thank you
