High pollution today lvl 8

Anyone experiencing discomfort such as sore eyes, cough or sore throat should consider reducing activity, particularly outdoors.

Did think it looked hazy out yesterday but thought it was natural but weather girl said it was pollution last night on telly coz of air comming from europe.

That's interesting, my eyes were streaming half way round my ride yesterday. Put it down to Hayfever / Allergy type thing, but thought it was a bit early in the year.

Hmmn metoffice site says it's 9 today on it's scale for air quality. I've a day off for the first time in ages however and I plan to ride my bike so I guess there is not a lot I can do about it.
