Tubeless Ready

Hi all,
Forgive my ignorance but I am wanting to go tubeless on my Fuel EX, I have tubeless ready tyres XR4 team issue.
What do I need? I am totally confused, does it have to be Bontrager kit or will stans do it?
Do I need the strips, basically the full kit? Or are the existing wheels ready to go (tubeless valves required of course)
I have read about asymmetric spokes requiring a special rim strip? True or not?
Can I just buy a Stans no tube kit and go for it. Any help always appreciated.

Tape and sealant & valves... you might not even need tape if your rims came taped (you should be able to tell).Spoke position shouldnt make a bit of difference. Any tape and sealant will do. Make sure the tape is wider than the inner width of the rim. Too narrow is a pain, too wide is ok as a rule.A Flock of Birds
