Lots of you will be coming to Yorkshire and Cambridge for the Tdf.I thought a thread of favourite cafe stops from riders that live in these areas might be useful.
The Cafe Cali in Hebden Bridge,by the old stone footbridge in the centre is always a good bet.Open 7 days a week.
Small cafe just on the bridge as you turn into Mytholmroyd before you get to the bottom of Crag Vale.
The Birdfeeder cafe at the entrance to Wellhome park in Brighouse.Only 3 miles from Elland/West Vale so might be worth a stop on way to West Vale where tour comes through as it will be so busy there. Usual food and really nice local made ice cream.Closed Mondays.
Corner House cafe in centre of Holmfirth.Good food.Usually a free coffee/tea top up if you are in cycling gear.Don't know if this will apply on Tdf weekend!!
