    I don't know of too many parts of London with that much spare space to add a cycle lane like that at roundabouts.

    No but at the One way systems and gyratorys there is plenty of space and most are awful to drive/bike/walk though/past.

    Don't get me wrong being Dutch doesn't automatically make things good, but central london's roads are on the whole wide plenty of space if they chose to, only gets narrow on the outer edges to be honest.
