Hi Folks
Anyone had any dealings with Shimano in respect to warranties? Do they offer a warranty on their parts and what does it cover?
Cheers

I may be out of date, but the official importer of Shimano used to be Madison here http://www.madison.co.uk/contact-us

If you are thinking of buying from the likes of Ribble then I (think) they may source their supply direct from the far east, (not sure if this is referred to as a grey import) so you may be left with approaching the retailer directly with any warranty claim.

No doubt somebody more knowledgeable and up to date than me shall be along shortly.
    Regards

I asked in the Ribblw shop last year and they said 2 years on shimano.
would be supprised if there is not a fair wair clause though.
