    Only fair to report that I did eventually get my free replacement frame from Cervelo. It did take 4 months plus, but I was made aware of that at the time of the claim, AND, because they could not replace the original S1 frame I was supplied with a carbon S2 instead, so we'll done Cervelo. Also, Stuart at Sigma Sport was an absolute top man and kept in touch throughout, so thanks to him too.

    My story almost identical to yours except substitute 4 months for 6 weeks. Stuart @ Sigma a good bloke although by the sounds of things all he does all day is sort out Cervelo warranty replacements!

    Of course it's got a long headtube, it's a 61cm frame and I'm guessing the owner is about 6'5. Amazingly, tall people need taller headtubes :roll:

    It's outrageous that a taller rider needs a larger frame isn't it :lol:
