Mountain biking hubs on a tourer

I'm trying to cost up a bike build and wanted to check which parts I already own will fit on the frame. I have a pair of quick release, 32 hole, hope disc hubs. Has anyone an idea if there should be a problem fitting them to a touring frame - the frame I'm looking at is the Salsa Vaya for a disc brake build.

BTW The other bit of kit I have is a 9 spd XT hollowtech II chainset - I imagine this shouldn't be a problem.

  • You should be fine, just check the rear dropouts are 135 mm apart and you're on... I don't see any reason why they shouldn't be, to be honest
