Bike Frame Vs New wheels

I've read good things anouy the 13' Felt F1 frame. I own a 13' Felt F5 with sram force and love the feel and response of the bike after upgrading the wheels to Boyd Vitese.
I'm torn in deciding if i should get the Felt F5 high end aero carbon wheels like the zips 808 firecrest or the Felt F1 frame and custom build with SRAM force & Mavic wheels.
Just not sure if a Felt F5 with high end wheels would feels similar to a Felt F1 with Mavic wheels.
This would be my race bike...God willingly.
