    Buyer beware - I received my new pair of Sorpasso winter tights over a week ago. The price was fair (on par with PBK and in stock) however, the quality of the product was very disappointing with loose threads (several 2-3 cm lengths) in the seat/chamois area and where the bibs join the main body.

    Now I don't mind the odd defect from time to time, providing it is resolved with good customer support... you can tell where this is heading...BUT I have sent them 3 emails now and I am yet to get a single reply. I have followed the proper channels for contact, I am being courteous, I received my 'thank you for your email.... your email is important to us, we will respond ASAP' autoreply - still no reply. I cant find a phone number anywhere on the system either - just a Bristol PO box.

    Is it unrealistic to expect a response within 7 days?

    I'll keep you posted how this gets resolved.

    I have had loads of stuff from them and never had anything but perfect. I had to return something once for a different size and remember that their email response was just a bit slower than I would have wanted. But then no problem so...... I would still recommend them highly.
