BB service - what grease?

Have a GXP BB - I removed the seal and used some grease but it didn't seem to make much different. But I just realised there's probably something special I should be using. What grease would be recommended for the ball bearings? And then for tightening on the cups? Would you use the same stuff on the threads?

Threads do not need greae. They don't move. A anti seize would help though.

Any good cycle grease park tools, finish line, etcetera
