Trek identification

Hi all,

I have a Trek roadbike that I bought second hand and enjoy riding very much, As I progress I am becoming more interested in the mechanics of the bike and the components that it has fitted etc.

However I have no idea which model I have! Is there any way of identifying which model I have?
