Hello Radar (sounds like MASH).
I'm a middle aged road rider, did my first 100-miler this year, and am always looking for inspiration. Recently, for my work, I interviewed Sir Rocco Forte about the hotel industry, but what he really wanted to talk about was cycling. Since he's near 70, did his first Ironman at 65, and has done L'Etape 5 times, I figured you might find him as inspiring as I did. Catch it here, and hope you enjoy it: http://www.fellowhq.com/?p=1395

Great write up, sounds like a win-win, him being interviewed by a cycling fan. From my experience senior execs like that can be very aloof with us mere mortals unless you can find the common ground, in which case they are suddenly very illuminating.
As someone else who has just reached the half century, I've got a few years to get in training to try and match his achievements!0
