Moon Comet Lights cutting out when *seemingly* fully charged

Anybody had these problems with these lights at all? I can't pinpoint any particular setting, cause, or other factors that might cause them to cut out, especially the front one. They seem fine but cut out occasionally on maybe the higher lumen settings, turn them off, and have to wait for a while until I can turn them back on (i.e. they don't seem to be running low on charge, it has happened with the front one when *fully* charged). With being USB, do they have some 'brain' thats gone a bit wonky? Bought from Wheelies online, but have bucketed the packaging.

Email the dealers with the problem if under a year old because they may have had others with the same problem. Be persistant about your problem because they may try to fob you off. You have the Sale of Goods Act on your side. It is not neccessary that you have to return the packaging with a faulty product.

Update after today, think the rear is fine. Its just the front one. I think its the cold that causes it as I cannot get them to cut out when testing them inside off the bike. This morning within a few minutes off it went and would not come back on until warmed up in the office after the morning commute. Same deal on the way home tonight. Fairly pointless coming up to winter!! Email off to Wheelies me-thinks!
