Has anyone else seen a carbon frame crack on the seat tube?

I found a crack on my carbon frame between the top tube and bottle boss from the seat post flexing backwards and forwards.
Anyone else seen this before?

Looks to be a warranty issue, depending on a few other things. If it's in warranty would take it to your local shop.
