BMC GranFondo GF01 or BMC TeamMachine SLR01 2013?

I am considering these bikes and not sure what would be the best deal or fit for my needs. I have a commuting bike (Giant TCX1 2013) and looking for a faster ride. Ideally a good all round bike, good climber (I live uphill), safe on descents, and something i can also use to participate in races.

Here are the prices i got form my LBS, what do you recommend for me? I am 6ft and weigh 200 pounds.

BMC SLR01
Dura Ace $7750
SRAM Red $6700
Ultegra $7000

BMC GF01
Ultergra $5170
Ultergra DI2 $6450

Any help would be appreciated!

    LBC should mean you can test ride each model and see what suits best ....nothing like a test ride :-)

    I'm interested in the team machine too, but I'm also considering the Canyon CF SLX which may be better value?
