Felt bikes - F v Z series

Can anybody offer any advice on these different style bikes? I have read all about them on felts website but wondered if anybody can offer first hand experience of both.
I currently own a felt F95 which I bought as my first road bike. Even though this is an entry level bike I have been very impressed. Now I'm on the hunt for a new one and have seen the Z5 heavily discounted at wiggle. I tried a 56cm last week, the same as my F but was advised a 58cm would be a better fit.
My question really is as the Z is more sportive focused will it be as quick and responsive as the F feels. It certainly gets favourable reviews.
I tend to cycle 2-3 times a week for a distance of 20-35 miles each time. Occasionally I go further with distance up to 50-60 miles. My average speed varies between 15-18mph at present.
