Well it finally happened

Fell while using the cleats! I was approaching a junction to turn right un clipped just before I was about to stop pulling up next to a grass verge and some how managed to clip back in and fall over I say fall it was probably the most pathetic slow febal fall ever in cycling! Just as anouther cyclist was passing fair play to him though he didn't laugh or grin ( probably fell of his bike further up wetting him self though )

O well at least I didn't damage the bike or me and at lest the first ones out of the way now, just after I feel I've hot the hang of it after a few rides as well! Think I need to slightly tighten them up now.

On the plus side I'm upping my average speed ever so slightly each ride so that'll do to take a positive from a negative.

    Nah, that's only when you've stopped to chat to a non cyclist mate, who doesn't know about clips. :oops:
