Hi all,
I want to make sure I keep riding through the winter (dark nights), and will be mainly on unlit country roads..... can anybody recommend a good front light? Want to make sure I spot potholes and road kill well in advance! And also have cars spot me.
Cheers.

Comes with 2 batteries although one charge last for 3 hours on medium which is more than enough for roads. I switch to high on fast descents on pitch back country lanes.
Edit: Oh an btw I messed around for years with cheap ebay lights with external batteries (had to carry two incase one failed) etc...don't bother just pay for a decent light and save yourself the hassle and fear that it might fail when you're in the middle of nowhere!0 -
This was discussed last week:

Also, IIRC there's a multi page thread over in one of the MTB forums.“Training is like fighting with a gorilla. You don’t stop when you’re tired. You stop when the gorilla is tired.”0 -
Thanks chaps. Appreciate the info.0
