    I was a big fan of Assos 10 years ago, there was little else in my cycling wardrobe, but as its become worn out or crashed, I've replaced it with other brands . With the growth in popularity in cycling, they've obviously realised that there are people who continue to 'aspire' to their brand by paying whatever ridiculous price they charge, regardless of what it is.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I have an awful lot of Assos in my wardrobe, but I think I am going to have to draw the line at these. Even speaking from a Swiss point of view, the pricing is ridiculous. When my current shorts wear out, it'll be time to try another brand.

    I love it. The minute these badboys are in a sale I'm picking up a pair. Just knowing I have a kuku penthouse is worth a couple hundred quid.
