Has anyone ever had one or know a reason I should look at something else for my money? Been offered one for £500. It's a 2011 model blue/black/white. Ticks all the boxes in terms of spec I want.

Got one of the first TCR half carbon bike. Still going strong, cant think of a good reason to replace it at the moment. Does 80+ miles most weekends and is fun to ride.

Thanks. I'm 99% sold.. only thing bothering me is whether i can fit my crud racer mk2 mudguards to it? They are attached using a cable tie but I have a bad feeling clearance might be an issue

If you can fit a 5mm allen key between the top of the tyre and the brake caliper, the cruds should fit.
