Canyon 2011 CF external seat tube diameter New clamp needed

Mates got a 2011 Canyon CF Chorus and needs a new seat clamp as bolts gone on the original.
Canyon want £15 plus £10 postage so I said consider other brands as a replacement, prob a Campag.
However what's the external diameter of the seat tube ?
We know the post is a 27.2 but need to be absolutely sure of the external diameter as I believe this can vary depending on brands and finish and isn't as simple as a 27.2 post has a 31.8 clamp.
Can't find it on web doing a quick search and gotta go to work so can someone help my numpty mate out please ?
Clamp suggestions welcome too.
