My Pyga OneTen29 frame turned up yesterday. Very happy with it and can't wait to start the build. Just got to wait for the rest of the bits to turn up now.
Rest of the build spec is as follows:- Maybe not the most imaginative but I went for something that's proven and should be reliable. Was also constrained by budget.

Hows the build coming along ?
Two of my riding buddies are on PYGA 650's and loving them.0 -
That is gonna be a really nice build! Pyga make some great looking bikes, I'd certainly consider one if they made a model that fits my needs, their range looks stunning and knowing Patrick Morewoods previous work they should ride really well too!0

Sorry, for not updating sooner but I've been out enjoying the bike too much.
The build is complete. Had a bit of fun trying to figure out the best way get the press fit BB in and pressing the headset in but with some threaded rod, washers, nuts, bits of tube cut to length for spacers I managed to make my own presses and saved on having to buy special tools
The bike rides fantastically well. It feels so natural and covers ground so quickly. To my eye it's one of the better looking 29er FS bikes around. I always thought 29ers looked a little dorky with the big wheels but the proportions look right on the Pyga. Patrick did a real good job with this frame. I haven't really pushed the bike hard yet but have done a few smallish (2ft) drops and fast descents and it just blitzed it. So much faster and more stable than the 26" Scott hardtail I've been riding. I do notice the extra weight over my Scott and the 2x10 gearing took a while to get used to as the gap between ratios is larger (especially on the larger cogs) than I was used to on my 3x9 but over all this machine is so much faster over the trail length than the 26" hardtail.
The build turned out a little heavier than I was hoping for. My aim was to come in under 12.5Kg but it tips the scales at 13.3Kg (but that is running with tubes so tubeless would save a little more). I could have saved a bit more weight but had to cut back due to budget. Lighter bars, seat post and saddle should help. What's strange is that I weighed everything before I assembled it, and the total weight was 12.3kg so I don't know where the extra 1Kg came from. Perhaps my larger scale is out. I'll need to check that.
Here are a couple of bad photos but I'll put some better ones up when out on my next ride.
