Brake Rubbing Issue

Hi,

Not sure if this is an issue with my brakes or just that i need to change my riding style now that I'm running rigid forks on my commuter mtb.

When I'm putting pressure on the forks going uphill or trying to power down a straight I often stand and unconsciously swing the bike from left and right in sync with the pedalling (is that bad? or just bad for road riding? as i do it off road also) which is causing a slight flex in the forks which is making the outboard pad (think thats the right term - the one not nearest the wheel) rub very slightly which is a little annoying but I can't adjust the calliper any further away from the disk on that side or use the pad adjuster to make it sit any further back (mechanical avid bb7's).

When I'm riding at a more gentle pace or using my arms to counter the swing of the bike rather than moving with it i have no problem.

Is it me that needs to change or mod the bike?
