When can I buy 2014 Specialized Allez in CA?

I'm thinking to get a road bike. I like the 2014 design much better.
When do they usually start to sell the new models in CA? It looks like new models are already available in UK or Japan.
If it takes long, I'd go for CAAD 8 2300 (but I don't like the holes for carrier or something..)
