Bought some gloves from Evans yesterday and the payment has been accepted but i still have not received an email regarding the order, is this common practise for Evans cycles?

In the instances I have bought something from Evans they have always sent me a confirmation e-mail. Have you checked your junk e-mails?

If you don't have anything, I'd give them a ring.

Same; email always arrives a minute or two after the order. Login to the website and check the status?

Yeah you should get a confirmation email quickly, a dispatch email can take a couple of days or so though (even if it's in stock).
