Can't start "New topic" in Classifieds ?

Hi, when looking at the classifieds section there is no "new topic" button ?
I have been on this forum for years and have lots of posts.
Looked at the FAQs but no help.
Anyone have an idea why ?

    It says this in red on the main thread page:

    If you are having issues posting new topics please go to your User Control Panel and go to user Groups and join Classifieds user.

    Go to User Control Panel then User Goups
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
