Hi,has anyone seen the new Ribble HF83 in the flesh yet?
I have been thinking of upgrading my next to best bike and saw a photo of this new Ribble. It looks brilliant.
I have a Ribble I bought from them about 9/10 years ago and I have to say it has served me well.Very tempted though I feel I may get carried away specing it out if I do go ahead.
Appreciate your views.

That's the problem with Ribble. Frames are good on the whole but the spec they give you for the price advertised is so basic that you are required to upgrade pretty much everything which makes them less good value. Planet X by comparison give you a decent spec in the first place so the price advertised is what you pay. Not keen on Ribble's busy graphics either. Quality wise sure some of the frames come from the same factory that PX's do.0

hi,
I've had the hf83 for about 2 months and it is a great frame, i would recommend it. light and very responsive
i just brought the frame from ribble and used fulcrum 3s and ultegra from another bike.
