as per title, anyone bought or running this groupset yet?

seems lots of trickle down from dura ace 9000 and looking at Merlins prices only a small premium over 6700 groupset

I am about to buy new wheels so going to 11 spd is not an issue in terms of existing wheelset.

I've ridden it briefly. It's half the price of Dura Ace and feels just as excellent. 6800 carbon pedals too

  • Are there any bikes being sold with it on yet?
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles

Rose Bikes are selling it on complete bikes. They also have SRAM Red 22 & Force 22 available.

Played with it at work and it is very nice, particularly the front shifting. Would be very tempted but I suspect my next bike may have 6870 Di2.

Anyone low when 6870 Di2 will be available. Read a couple of reviews and it sounds like they have improved the looks of the front/rear derailleur by making them a little smaller.

What was different about the front shifting?

The lever angle throw is less. Certainly less than on my humble shimano 105 5700.

There are 2014 bikes coming around September specced with it, so maybe sometime round then. Depends if there's any stock left after most of it goes on new bikes I guess!
