Ribble Sportive (aka Biancho) 365 sizing

I'm looking to replace my old winter bike (Blue Ribble) with a new carbon 365 model. The sizing seems very strange.
I'm 5' 8 with (a relatively longer trunk and shorter legs). Normally sizing bikes is no problem, 535mm-540mm top tube (measured horizontally) is perfect with a 110 stem.
The Ribble 365 only comes in S (49) with a 529mm top tube or a M with a 550mm top tube according to the charts. I'm not sure I believe Ribbles sizing based on past experience with them.
I'm miles away from them so no chance to try.
Anyone of the same proportions have one of these and can comment. Please include stem lengths.
Any other suggestions for decent frames that take full mudguards and preferably clearance for 25c tyres?
Thanks

Thanks. Thats about what I figured, just not sure whether a 49cm and run 120mm or 52cm and a 100mm. I hate having a bike that's too big but worried the small might be a little too small if the measurements are off.
The Moda looks nice, no use to me though as there is no frameset /fork only option.0
