It's fake. Stay well away if you A) don't want a Chinarello (you don't) and don't want a huge dental bill after the fork collapses and gives your grill a makeover.*

Don't support the frauds! If someone wants to do their own R&D or pay for using someone else's to produce frames with their own name on them then all power to them. But, if it's like the frame in this ad where clearly it's not a genuine Pinarello it's just thievery plus the market is now saturated with fake new and used Pinarello's, Colnago's, etc., etc., which not every buyer is aware of. Anyone knowingly buying one of these fakes just to say "I've got me a Pinarello" is a pathetic poseur IMO. (Not implying the OP is a pathetic poseur by the way)

Even if you decided to go ahead and help these thieves by buying their cheap fakes, when the package arrives in the UK the UK Border Agency could look at the paperwork, decide that a Pinarello frame that cheap is an obvious fake and seize it. It would be up to you to then prove that it isn't. Do you think the seller will give you a refund if it gets seized?

If it didn't get seized, then HMRC would still send you a bill for 20% VAT for importing goods from outside the EU plus a small admin fee.
