Rotor QXL position - road

Curious as to what position people are using? I've tried 4 and 3 and had settled on 3 but I'm considering giving 2 a whirl.

4 seems to result in hitting the power far too late in the stroke. 3's pretty good though I think I might be able to get a little more out of the stroke in position 2. Has anyone had any experience with them set up in pos 2? I was surprised to see Millar is on pos 2.
