Which bike would fit - 58 or 60cm?

Hello everyone
After much consideration i have finally chosen my future bike: the Canyon Aeroad CF 8.0.
Now comes the big question: which size!?!
I am struggling to choose between the Large (58cm) or the XL (60cm).
The geometry of the bike i somewhat different from your standard frame. It has a longer top tube related to overall frame size.
My measures are:
Height: 190 cm
Inseam: 93 cm
Torso: 67 cm
Arm: 69 cm
Floor to sternum: 155 cm
Weight: 75kg
The Large (58cm):
Top Tube: 575
Reach: 405
Head tube: 170
Seat tube: 551
The XL (60cm):
Top tube: 590
Reach: 415
Head Tube: 190
Seat tube: 568
So the dilemma is this: The 58cm-bike seems to fit my reach best, but might be too low in the front, putting me in a too racy position?
The XL might fit my overall height and long legs better, but has a top tube that is too long and maybe it will be too bulky?
Which do i choose in your opinion?
I can choose freely between a 110 or 120 stem.
So do you mayby recommend me the Large with a 120 mm stem, or a XL with a 110mm stem, or maybe another combination?
I have made some calculations at the competetive cyclist bike fit calculator, and it says that my ideal top tube length is 57cm.
Thank you

Go for the one with the right reach - if you've ever ridden a bike with a too long toptube it never feels right.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

I found the pps tool was spot on for me. The other thing i did was to take the geo to a bike fitter who found a similar geo bike in his store which I sat on.0
