iPhone 5 mounting case recommendations?

I'm little surprised that I can't find a category for mobile phone mounting cases in BikeRadar. Can anyone recommend a good case for mounting an iPhone 5 to the handlebars or stem of a road bike?

the topeak one is brilliant, really solid and the silicone sleeve that comes with it does the job of keeping your phone dry in light showers.
I've had mine a few months now and not had any issues with it, in fact keep getting coplimented on it by other riders!0 -

I was about to pull the trigger on that one but the weight throws me a bit and...
I'm a little worried about completely enclosing the iPhone. I've heard this approach leads to overheating on sunny days. Any thoughts?0
