To the very kind Samaritan last night – Butser Hill, Hants

I Broke a spoke last night near Butser Hill, Hampshire. Wheel was out of true by too much to coast back home so I called the wife telling her the not so great news and that I’ll be home in a couple of hours.
I picked up the bike and started the 6.5 mile walk home. Literally a couple of minutes later a car approached and asked if everything was ok, I explained the situation. As it happened it was 6.5miles in the wrong direction for him yet without pause, without hesitation he offered me a lift home, I accepted.
So, whoever you are, and as a fellow cyclist really hope you’re on here, thank you. Thank you very, very much!
Cheers
