Hi,

I've got a Sram PC1091R chain on my new bike.

I want to carry a spare link, but after a quick search I'm a bit confused about what link to get.

Can someone recommend the cheapest link and suggest where to buy it please?

Thanks.

These will do the job : note though that he 10sp ones are powerlock meaning they are not designed to come apart again but they ill get you out of a hole if your chain snaps.
Gasping - but somehow still alive !

I have re-used powerlocks many times and have not had a problem yet. Fingers crossed.

I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.

They may not be the cheapest, but I would recommend KMC Missing Links over the SRAM ones, because they do a model that can be opened and closed without tools. Just make sure you buy the reusable ones. I have them on all my bikes, and over 1000's of miles have had perfect reliability.

    About £3 each
