105 vs Ultegra Brakes

About to pick up a group set. Not too sure from what I've read around as to how much difference there is between the two. Literally just the brake callipers. By paying £15 more on the groupset, I can get the 105's changed to Ultegras.
Any ideas or experiences between the two?
Dom.

I've had versions of them both. I couldnt tell the difference in performance in a blind test I dont think.
Ultegras look slightly nicer and I'm sure they'll be lighter.0 -
For £15 I'd get the better calipers. However isn't there a cable pull difference between the two?0

Mark: Not as far as I'm aware. How do you mean?
I can't find anything in any of the diagrams or setup docs as to this.
Edit:
Apparently, they're compatible and I can't see any noticeable differences:

Just slightly longer pull on the 105s, but isn't everything 105+ compatible with each other? This was my understanding.0 -

"Dual-pivot caliper brake with super SLR design for quick linear response, increased rigidity and improved braking power and must be used in conjunction with 7900 or 6700 STIs for correct leverage ratio."
I bought 105 calipers to go with my 5700 shifters for that reason, otherwise I would have got the 6700.0 -

Well; no. Obviously Dura Ace 9000 is 11 speed and incompatible with any 10 speeds. Also Ultegra 6800 is 11 speed and thus only compatible with Dura Ace 9000.0 -
Then what's up with Merlin offering this? Surely they must be able to be used with 105? It seems that it's the 6800 series then that isn't compatible, but the 6700s must be:

There's squat difference, I've used different calipers with different pull ratios and can you tell the difference?.....no!
Just put some swissstop pads in(not koolstop salmon) and you're away.0 -
I have Shimano 5700 callipers with Campagnolio shifters and the braking is strong and smooth.0
