Kit for young riders

My son is 10 but the height and weight of a typical 12-13 year-old. I managed to find him a jersey, shorts and mitts from Decathlon but am struggling for clothing that he can wear in cooler conditions, e.g. British weather.

Price is a factor, because unfortunately he doesn't get many opportunities to ride so will probably outgrow even cheaper stuff before he wears it out.

Does anyone have ideas as to where I can find a long-sleeved jersey, rain jacket, tights, gloves etc that might fit him and not cost the earth?

Or sports direct if he can get into xs sizes, noticed they did longs and rain jackets the other day. Oh, and Mountain Warehouse do a good line at the cheaper end of the spectrum too
