Kit for young riders

My son is 10 but the height and weight of a typical 12-13 year-old. I managed to find him a jersey, shorts and mitts from Decathlon but am struggling for clothing that he can wear in cooler conditions, e.g. British weather.
Price is a factor, because unfortunately he doesn't get many opportunities to ride so will probably outgrow even cheaper stuff before he wears it out.
Does anyone have ideas as to where I can find a long-sleeved jersey, rain jacket, tights, gloves etc that might fit him and not cost the earth?

Decent winter jackets and longs. We're very helpful when I was trying to track down a gilet for my daughter...Titus Silk Road Ti rigid 29er - Scott Solace 10 disc - Kinesis Crosslight Pro6 disc - Scott CR1 SL - Pinnacle Arkose X 650b - Pinnacle Arkose singlespeed - Specialized Singlecross...& an Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 string...0 -
Or sports direct if he can get into xs sizes, noticed they did longs and rain jackets the other day. Oh, and Mountain Warehouse do a good line at the cheaper end of the spectrum tooTitus Silk Road Ti rigid 29er - Scott Solace 10 disc - Kinesis Crosslight Pro6 disc - Scott CR1 SL - Pinnacle Arkose X 650b - Pinnacle Arkose singlespeed - Specialized Singlecross...& an Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 string...0
