Totally depends on the individual, the drop and reach measurements of one will suit one person but not another.
For instance, I couldn't have used a 3T Ergonova, as its compact in both reach and drop, but a Zipp Contour SL (think that's right without looking) is far better for me, got a similar drop to 3T's but the reach is a bit more regular.
What one person says is comfy, another would say isn't. So work out what you like/dislike about your current bar (and stem) setup, then go looking.
The flatter top I personally find comfy (on the ones I have anyway). If you want them for 'aero' then forget it, it would make naff all difference, if you like the aesthetics and want them for that then fair enough. I only have some as Ive found the perfect shaped and dimensioned bar for me, that's really all most people should look for in a bar, but its 100% personal which ones to go for.
(Some people like FSA or Ritchey ones too)0 -
FSA Plasma. Comfortable but expensive.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0

FSA Wing Pro
I have 3T Ergonova's as well but prefer the wing proCoach H. (Dont ask me for training advice - 'It's not about the bike')0
