Anyone know where i can buy a 11-32 road cassette to compliment the shimano 105 5701 GS rear mech. It states it can take a 32T

There's no difference between a road and mtb 10spd cassette - so dont worry about the road / mtb naming. I think you can get an Ultegra 12-30 cassette though, but something like an XT cassette should give you the 32T sprocket if you really need it.

SRAM do Shimano compatible 32t 10spd cassettes.
    Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX
    Race - Fuji Norcom Straight
    Sun - Cervelo R3
Winter / Commute - Dolan ADX

Most mountain bike cassettes have exactly the same construction as road cassettes but with bigger cogs so they can be used. SRAM and shimano are cross compatible too so do not feel bad mixing them up either.
The model you would want would probably be XT as it is partially spidered so is lighter than the full steel ones and is far nicer to freehubs. Sram models are just numbers but the equivillent is the PG1050
