can anyone offer me an estimate as to what I should offer for this 2012 CAAD10 Red bike? I'm considering buying it, the person selling it is very close to my location, and instead of upgrading a 2013 CAAD 10 Rival, I could just buy this as is. Assuming the components are new and low-mile use, what's a good offer, US dollars?

2013 Sram Red F/R Derailleurs, Brakes, Shifters, and Chain
2012 Sram Red Crank 50/34
Thompson Masterpiece Seatpost and Stem
Easton EC90 Carbon Handlebars 38cm
Selle Italia SLR Flow Carbon Saddle
Shimano RS30 Wheelset
Blackburn Carbon Waterbottle Cages
Shimano Ultegra 12-26 cassette
Speedplay Pedals

weighs just in over 17 pounds, it's a 52cm

The front chainring looks to be on it's last legs so factor in new chain cassette and chainring...

Really? I'm not sure you can tell from that angle. A side on pic would be more useful to confirm either way.

If it has got worn chainrings, then it is probably a bike to walk away from. A one year old bike with worn chainrings has either knocked up a huge mileage or been poorly maintained. The condition of the rest of the bike doesn't fit with this though so unless someone has fitted used chainrings to it, I'd assume they are fine.
