I'm considering a light pair of tubular wheels made from 20 mm carbon rims.Planet-X did a rim a while ago but I've not seen any for a while now. Ugo built a pair last year - wish I'd bought them now :-(

Anyone know if Gigantex still do 20 mm? Ugo?

Yes, I have one in front of me, just built... but PX does not sell them anymore... they were nice and ridiculously light, it was easy to build front wheels weighing the same as most rims weigh alone.
Wouldn't know where to get them... have you tried BHS ?

You can try and talk to these people

    http://shop.offthefrontracingsystems.co ... -CR24T.htm

They should be based in the US... see how serious they are, if they can provide extra information about the rims (max tension for instance) , what warranty they offer...

Also ask PX if they have any intention to restock them... I thought of buying a few when they were ridiculously cheap, but at the time nobody was interested and I am no hoarder...

I'm loathed to buy from the US at the moment after getting severely stung on tax a couple of weeks back. I'll drop PX an email and see what they say.

In the meantime if you see any ugo please let me know. There's a job in it for you ;-)
