Allez Triple 2011 BB help

Hello all,
I need some help please. I have bought a 2nd Tiagra groupset from a friend which I am going to put on my Allez. I has an FSA Omega triple chainset. I want to put a new bottom bracket on when I fit it.
I have looked at the spec and it tells me I need 68mm x 118mm BB. I'm very confused as to what I need to buy.
Any help would be very appreciated.

68mm is the width of the bottom bracket (BB) ..shell (ie the width of the frame where the BB is screwed in. 118mm is the width of the BB axle. You also need an English Thread version.0

Thanks for that. I've been told that the FSA has a smaller diameter axle? Will any English thread FSA BB be ok?
