BB nightmare!
guys im trying to get a compag BB out of a ribble frame,it says on it ''lock right' and after this has an arrow pointing to the left :roll: ,what way loosens this thing i persume anti-clockwise?no?help very much appreciated before the lump hammer comes out..........
i have the tool a 6 divet thingy but no matter what way i try it will not budge after soaking in penetrating fluid over night

The right hand side has a left hand thread and the left hand side has a right hand thread. Put the axle back in and use the bolt and washers to clamp the spanner to the cup before trying to undo it.0

Looking at the picture, that's the right hand cup so clockwise to loosen.0

got sorted ended up heating it and out she popped,away for a new coat of paint now and decals,and then build it up from there
