would suggest you try a few on as they tend be a personal fit - certainly were with me anywayPain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0

Would agree with Danlikesbikes, go and try a few pairs on, even if you do order from somewhere cheaper. I like the lens to be completely clear of my face and some frames/lenses do this and some don't. It's alot of money to spend for a pair you don't like very much.
Got a pair of Radarlocks towards the end of last year with polarized lenses, can't say I really noticed any great difference until I used them on a sunny day where it had rained recently. They were very good in cutting out the glare, but how often this is a problem, I'm not really sure.0 -
You need to try them on for fit and look.
I dont think polarized is worth it for cycling - I'd rather be able to see where the wet patches are rather than not.
Handy if you like fishing or boating though.0 -
Doesn't the polarization make the wet patches more visible, including the surface below them? I know my eyes are very photosensitive (I tend to sneeze a lot on sunny days) but I've not stumped up the extra cash for polarized lenses for the bike as don't think it's wholly necessary - driving, very much so.
FWIW, i like half jackets, but it's personal preference0 -
I have the Radar's and love them to bits. Make sure you try them and the different lens shapes.
As for cheaper prices, I got the personalised option via surffusion.0 -
LivestrongsI'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0

I knew I was going bald when it was taking longer and longer to wash my face...0 -
I use the half jackets, great in terms of comfort, visibility and very rarely steam up but they dont offer the best protection from the wind. They aren't a bad purchase and I wear them off the bike too, but for pure cycling I'd go with something a bit bigger.Trainer Road Blog: https://hitthesweetspot.home.blog/
