Garmin 510 - Bricked.

Tried updating the firmware on the new Garmin 510 to maybe add some of the features they said it would have.
Now a blank Garmin screen.

Anyone had any luck with this before? I've contacted Garmin support, but no reply yet.

    Try phoning them up rather than emailing, usually very good customer service

    did you rinse it with washing up liquid?

    have you tried a hard and soft reset?

    Garmin's customer service support is second to none.

    Ring them and they will replace it.
