I needed to replace the trac loc lever on my scott spark contessa, therefore the cable was to be changed. Instead of thinking about it I unscrewed the centre 2mm bolt, which now I realise was keeping some torsion onto the spring and thumbwheel underneath. No problems I thought I can sort.... 4 hours later I can not find the right position, can't get any torsion on the bloody thing so when the lever is released there is no tension and the cable just sits there, tracloc useless! My fault I'm sure.
Does anyone know how to set this thing up properly.... please help!
